Tough Guys Don't Dance b/w Talk Talk

An early single release by Kongress, Tough Guys Don't Dance b/w Talk Talk, is a rare collector's vinyl which is no longer available, however, the digital tracks for both are being made available in this special offer for under $5! Tough Guys Don't Dance was inspired by Norman Mailer's book of the same title, but when it was made into a movie, Otto von Ruggins sent a copy off the single to Norman Mailer with the hope of having it scroll on the ending credits. Mailer was surprised, writing back to Otto stating he was shocked that he had used his book titled;e for the record. He expressed doubt that Otto had the right to do so. Otto's response to Mailer was a simple, "Titles cannot be copyrighted - check with The Library of Congress!"
